Perfect toaster for odd shaped breads

Perfect toaster for odd shaped breads

After years of jamming oversized bread into a regular sized toaster, I broke down and bought this unit and couldn't be happier. Simple controls with a "cancel" button that works great. The larger slots allow odd sized breads to be toasted flatly and...

toast the toast

toast the toast

Nice look but cheap parts (tin, plastic knobs, etc). The toast does not pop up high enough to easily pick it out so you'll get burnt fingers. The top tin gets really hot so you'll get burnt fingers trying to pick out the toast or electrocuted using...

I call mine Chernobyl

It looks like a product of ex-Soviet Russia, but I like its heft. You don't push this one around much when you're prying your toast out and burning your hand on its brushed steel cowling, so that's a plus. It's got wattage to burn and so a pretty...

Toast needs fork to retrieve it.

Toast needs fork to retrieve it.

First toaster I've ever owned that needed a Fork to dig out the toast. $40 wasted. Now you know why the picture shows the toast standing on it's end, I guess a little untoasted bread is better than the fork idea. :-) Bill in Las Vegas

Its ok - wouldn't buy it again

good toaster but with limits

good toaster but with limits

I love the toaster in brushed stainless steel. Works well. I thought it would be able to handle toasting bagels a bit differently but it is okay for them too.

Keep looking at other toasters

I purchased this toaster and very disappointed, the slots are too deep, darkness settings don't work, can't get the toast out, have to unplug and use a knife then the toast is torn into pieces and some stay in the bottom and burn, constantly setting...

OK for a while

This toaster worked OK for about 4 months but now it will not toast at all. Put in two slices of beard, turn it to the highest setting and you get dry bread. Again, you get what you pay for.

Great little toaster

Great little toaster

I traded in my old Oster 4 toast model for Oster's smaller 2 toast version. This one does a great job of toasting and the BEST thing is that it has a CANCEL button on its front, allowing you to stop toasting immediately, in case you over adjusted the...
