Not had this long but so far has performed well. Bread straight from the freezer toasted almost perfectly with the aid of the defrost button on no. 2 setting. Have tried thicker items, like halved hot cross buns and they toasted evenly on both sides....

Very Good toaster.Can take a full length slice from a round top loaf unlike my last toaster. Toasts evenly and has style.

Although I have only had this toaster for a month, it performs better than any of the many toasters I have owned. It toasts evenly and will take thick slices of any type of bread. The toaster looks elegant and is very easy to keep clean.
