Haier Stainless Steel

overall a very solid unit

Built like a tank. Stainless Steel. easy clean up inside and out. heats up in minutes and gets very hot. I have cooked pies, pizzas, garlic bread, bacon, chicken. easy to use and versatile. will last for years

at times it get a bit on the hot side. I had to experiment with the various recommended temp settings and had to town down this big guy a bit. ie... recommended temp 350 ... I would put the temp to 325 or 300. It will help to rotate the food...

Only bottom elements work after year and a half .......

Model: RTC1700RBSS - This is an expensive piece of junk. One year warranty and at a year and half (of course) all features died (slow cook, bake, defrost, rotisserie, and broil). Only function left is the bottom two elements which still heat up. We...

Worse Oven, Doesn't hold temperature

I purchased this oven and within 7 months it stopped working. The company replaced but it took 8 weeks of waiting and not having an oven. I sent back the cut cord and serial number plate, and then finally sent out a new one but that one only worked for...

Nothing if it doesn't work

Erradic temperature, terrible customer service, broken promises from managers and reps.

Worked for a couple of years, then not enough heat

We bought this oven because it was large enough to bake muffins and small pizzas. I worked ok for a couple of years and then didn't heat up enough to bake anything. It didn't last as long as the last small convection oven we had (a Farberware).

Worked fine at first and has nice features like a rotisserie and broiler

Stopped heating properly after two years. Didn't last very long
