had one of these models for years - that is why i wanted one the same BUT

toast was not ejected properly and therefore did not work properly so i had to return said item

easy to use simple controls

Not too big. Easy to use. Has additional lever to lift taosted bread up high from the toasting slot sao easy to retrieve your toast

The crumb tray is underneath the toaster which makes it not so easy to empty
