Sent an e-mail to customer service and got no response. I've been ordering from Newegg for years but this will be my last.

Will do what it's made for

Worked for about 20 minutes. Now won't cook. Seems the switch in the handle broke. Total junk and will no longer order from Newegg.

Total waste of money. Waiting to hear back from Newegg.

Turned on and cooked pork chop, needed a little more cook time and wouldn't turn back on. Now it is dead. Total junk.
