Toastmaster TT2CTBB 2 Slice Toaster

I bought this as a gift for my father. It did not work from the beginning. No matter what we tried, the toaster would not brown evenly. I had to call customer support to get a new one. Hopefully, the replacement will work better.

Does not toast bread consistently--burns part of toast while other part is hardly toasted. Handle broke after about 1 month's of use. Even before the handle broke, it would often not put the toast down-- handle had to be pushed over and over again....

This is an excellent toaster! It browns evenly... I have no complaints. Toastmaster knows how to make toast!
