Altho one reviewer said it looked big because of the cool-touch siding, I got it in black and it just blends in with the black granite countertop. Toasting so far has been great, fast and no problems. Nice sleek look.

Best toaster I've ever owned makes excellent bagels a must have. My husband uses it that should tell you everything.

It's a little annoying that there's not just a Cancel button - you have to turn the dial so you can't leave the dial at the setting you like. For the price, though, it's great.

This does the job as well as some more expensive toasters I've had. We are pleased with it's performance and would recommend it.
