Very sturdy and well designed. The first time I've had a sandwich toaster and no mess. I would highly recommend this.

This product is really good and the toasties come out lovely, omelettes are also great! However the plates are not that Non-Stick as the toastie usually gets stuck on the top, have to pick off and it comes without too much hassle, just a gripe.

Product should come with a recipe booklet which i couldn't find in the box. so leaving me in doubt that whether i have the brand new product or b grade. also the knob is very loose does not tell you exactly what setting are you using.

Sorry to say at first i was very pleased with this item.

Worth paying that extra.The detachable trays for easy cleaning is excellent.
