Haven't used the toaster alot, but when I did, it was fast and accurate with the browning of the toast. I like the cancel button as well and the wide slots.

I like the toaster but I originally thought it had a moving interior similar to a industrial toaster. This toaster just toasts like a regular machine and then opens to release out the bottom when done.

I've had this product since 2001 and have had no problems. The crumbs all come out the bottom in the toast catcher tray keeping the toaster clean. The tray is easily removed and we do it after every toasting because it's so easy. It can toast one side...

I love this product. The only complaint I have is that there is no crumb catch when using it for anything.

The toaster did a good job as far as toasting went. When finished, product would not drop through the bottom. Tried Bagels,English muffins, and bread. All behaved in a similar fashion.
