Sharp LC-37LE320 review

Sharp puts on the style with this natty LED Freeview screen

Eye-catching design ; Superior media playback support over USB ; Zingy colour reproduction ; Above average fine detail

No Freeview HD tuner ; No network connectivity or IPTV content portal ; 100Hz motion resolution artefacts ; Utilitarian user interface ; Ordinary sound quality

Sharp LC-37LE320 review

Sharp Aquos LC-37LE320E

Sharp's latest edge LED TV looks the part initially, but the longer you live with it, the more the cracks start to appear.

Pretty design, Punchy colours, Decent multimedia flexibility via the USB

Motion blur/lag, Average black levels, No Freeview HD tuner or online features, Seems expensive

Sharp Aquos LE320 (LC-37LE320E) review

The Sharp Aquos LE320 is a stylish looking set and produces good HD pictures, but its standard-definition performance is weak, its EPG is very sluggish and it lacks features such as media streaming and an HD tuner.

Sharp HD pictures ; Strong colours when viewing HD material ; Relatively lowprice tag

No Freeview HD tuner and poor EPG ; No support for online services ; Disappointing standard-definition performance

Overall, the Sharp LC-37LE320 is a little disappointing. Although the design is quite stylish and it produces decent HD pictures, we expected better standard-definition performance and the lack of support for online services is annoying
