HOW TO FIX tv powered on/off shutting off for no reason

My Cars TV would shut off for no reason while playing dvd's or after a few minutes if it was turned it on..... I took mine to Johnsons Electronics in Austell, GA and they said it was the High Voltage Circuit. Cost $71 to fix it and now it works just...
