Disappointed

 

This was to replace my 40" Phillips LED TV. Compared to the Phillips, this TV reminded me of an old CRT TV, and not the good ones!

Big, inexpensive

Plain Vanilla TV with no extras. TV picture is sub-par. No matter what you do in the settings, the picture remains with too much red saturation. Faces are too red too often. Sound is horrible, even for an LCD TV. Moreover, there's way too much ghosting...

The sound quality sounds like if you put a phone on speaker. It's that bad. Id pass on this tv. Getting a good brand name is worth the extra money.

Nice for the price

 

For the price its a great buy, be sure you have a stereo system cause the sound on the tv is horrid.

Sleek,slender, The picture is amazing with the 120hz turned on the blue ray movies. Games look great, for the price a great tv. No blatantly obvious manufacturing issues thus far. BUT

beautiful screen, needs sound system

 

at the price it's a good value, if you set up your tv then just watch it without constant adjustment this basic HD tv is for you.

clear picture, color seems awesome from black to white, cool-bluish/warm-redish/normal option, options for to tweak your own setting, Energy star tag says $19/year normal cost which is extremely low due to LED, It gets the job done

basic remote, poor sound--get a sound system you know you want one

Just OK

 

I do not own this TV. but I do own the 42" (LCD, 60hz) My advice: do not buy a Haier product unless you pay less than 50% of the retail price. Overall I am happy with my purchase... got a square trade warranty since I cannot trust this brand.

Cheap. "HDTV for everyone ; good picture. better picture than TV's in the price range

Slow to change channels ; QC at Haier needs improvement ; Dead pixels ; Some of the glossy finish on the bezel came off when removing the clear plastic. (the finish coming off is absurd in my opinion)

Worked great then......

 

I'm in the process of RMAing this product for a replacement. Figured I'd give it one more chance before trying to a refund. Hopefully the new one works for at least 3 days. Will be updating this review as things pan out.

Worked great for one day ; 120HZ 46' 1080p looked great with games. Had to get used to the smoothness. Played a couple of blue ray on it and looked amazing. Played some CODMW3 a little and that was amazing as well
