Weak reception

 

This TV would be handy on a boat or camping trips, or for evenings on the patio.

The TV is very portable, and has a beautiful display. The rechargeable battery makes it economical to use anywhere. If only it would pick up some stations indoors, it would be the perfect TV to use in emergencies.

It will not pick up a single station indoors where I will need to use it during hurricane season.

HDTV

 

Great refurb price. Battery had a puff of air in it and back would not close right without bulge. I used a pin to put a tiny hole in bag then bled air out and taped with 3M tape. battery ok then.

Great picture, low price,works best with amplified antena or near window., has stereo speakers great sound does what my samsung hdtv for reception, great kick stand and view angles.

Some commercials do not auto adjust full screen ( who needs them anyway)

Defective TV and Broken Promises

 

newegg, when you issue an RMA for REPLACEMENT then a replacement unit should be put a side, do not tell me sorry we sold out and over me a $10, i am not after your $10, i want what we agreed on and i ahve a copy of the chat. This is it for me shopping...

I like this TV I like the size. The TV was shipped.

waisted more than an hour with newegg.com to resolve the problem, i was told a replacement will be shipped when they receive the defective TV, then they issued a refund which i did not ask for, i want a replacement after all that waisted time chatting...

after shipping and taxes, blah

 

i haven't had regular tv so when i scan for channels, i'm totally lost. it picks up some HDTV channels but i dunno how to get the regular channels.

it works as expected. great price before taxes and shipping.

It Is What It Is....

 

Would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the 'Con' I noted..... Again.... It is, what it is.... A small, cheap digital TV....

It worked straight out of the box and picks up most of the available digitally broadcast stations in the D/FW area on a smallish amplified antenna I attached to it. Using it in my camper and for backup TV in case of electrical outage.

Powering on with the remote control is sluggish as the unit takes a good 3-5 seconds it seems to 'boot up' before you see the initial screen.

Great TV For Low Price

 

This is the greatest little battery powered TV that I have seen for the price. I was surprised at the quality of the case and controls for the cost. I was really not expecting much for the low price, but wow what a pleasant surprise I received out of...

I wish they had included some sort of zipper case to protect it when carrying it around.
