Hisense 50K610GW

The Hisense K610 series gets you a capable LED-backlit HDTV with networking and Web apps for a low price, but don't expect stellar performance at this price.

Very affordable. Built-in Wi-Fi. Web apps included. Good viewing angles

Oversaturated blues. Mediocre contrast ratio. Some background noise

With a rock-bottom price of $798 you’d be hard pressed to find a more affordable 55-inch HDTV than the Hisense 55K610GW, especially one that offers wired and wireless networking and Web apps. If not for its over-saturated blues and significant...

Possibly the greatest bargain in smart tv's right now, assuming the build quality holds up over the long term. If you can see past the inaccurate blues and minor scuffs from a refurb (dings on the back of my set), this is a peerless value. I hope to...

Value: PC Mag said if the color performance was better, this tv would be 'the deal of the century.' I extensively researched budget tv's in this price range and can confirm that nothing comes close to this level of features at the same price ;...

Color performance. PC Mag reported that "blues... were literally off the chart." I agree. By my eyes, a dark blue can appear anywhere from purple to robin, depending on the scene. If you don't really notice color accuracy this may not be an issue for...

Great TV

This would have been an AWESOME TV had it not been for the fact of not recognizing certain video file types, as well as the fact that if you have many video files to share, it doesn't recognize them, only if you have about 3-5 videos.

It is wireless. Can have your computer in one room while the TV is in the other and share different files such as pictures and videos. Has Netflix

Doesn't support different types of video files such as *.avi, and if you have a lot of videos to share, they don't show up
