Solid TV...

Paid $999 for the TV and for that price it can't be beat. IF you are really concerned about the Insignia Brand, buy the 4 year warranty for another appox $150 for piece of mind. Great picture, looks like a Samsung.

Gets the job done

The tv is a basic tv, nothing special, but it gets the job done.

Good tv for the money

I needed a replacement for my 42" LCD that was 5 yrs old, back then I paid 14 hundred for that one, I really do not need a WIFI, 3D, cream of the crop since I only use it on Sundays when I can watch some sports and the rest of the time is just cartoons...

Price, size, image, features

needs an additional RCA input, its bulky and it gets little hot

A great buy for $1000. Awesome picture for gaming.

I bought this tv on sale for $999.99 along with a rocketfish full motion mount. I previously owned an Insignia LCD 32" 720p whose sound card died on me randomly. I intended to buy a 42" LED-LCD 1080p 120Hz or higher, but everything above 120Hz was 3D...

Great price, picture, and size. More than enough ports (HDMI, VGA, etc.)

Sound is a little poor - consider a sound system to improve. The remote is very non-exciting

Great TV for the price

For the price it is a great tv. It lacks some of the special features of the more expensive sets. The only down fall of this set is the poor sound system.

Good picture and price

You get what you paid for.

A 55" LED TV for under a thousand bucks is cetainly one heck of a deal - just don't expect a picture on a par with some of the better names in TVs. The picture is never going to fool someone into thinking they're viewing a Samsung LED.

Great TV for Price

I have had this TV for about 2 months now and can't find a single issue with it. If your looking for a TV with a great picture and no bells and whistles this is your TV. It was easy to set up and contour your own picture mode. It is not internet...
