Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - KR-321T 32-Inch

It has been almost 1 year since I received my HDTV.

The HD tv itself is very good for the price - except that it does not support the current HD connections only RCA type hook ups for HDTV boxes

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVERTISED REBATE NEVER RECEIVED NUMBER in SAN JOSE is disconnected need to call info and ask for Encross Inc. - then you get someone who barely speaks English

Bad product

I got it about 5 weeks ago and yesterday it died for good. I called support and they were laughing at me, they hang up the phone 3 times on me and they don't want to offer the on site repair it's in the warranty contract. I don't recommend to buy this...
