Purchased this tv and it will not get any signal, even when hooked up to an antennae. Don't waste your money

I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO TAKE THE PLACE IF OUR POWER WENT OUT OF OUR 5" BLACK AND WHITE THAT RAN OFF OF REGULAR BATTERIES, NOT AN ADAPTER FOR CAR TYPE PLUGS. THE TV ITSELF IS OKAY, BUT I NEEDED SOMETHING THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PLUG IN.
