LG 55LM960V review

The LG 55LM960V TV sports passive 3D tech along with a slick design and plenty of Smart Tv options such as iPlayer and Lovefilm

Great design and build quality ; Excellent Smart TV content ; Great motion resolution

Overstressed black ; Darn expensive ; Dual Play suffers ghosting

With eye-candy imagery, fabulous design and a feature spread that wants for nothing, the LG 55LM960V is clearly a premiership player. However, work needs to be done before it can claim to offer first division picture quality. Given that this TV is...

LG 55LM960V LED-backlit LCD TV review

LG's top-tier LCD TV, the extra large 55-inch version of the LM960V series in this case, has a dual-core processor and passive 3D system to add to its headline Nano LED-backlight technology. But can it cut the mustard when considering the likes of...

Great passive 3D, screen-dominant design, powerful sound output

It’s pricey, less impressive with black level compared to competitors, sluggish downloadable apps despite dual core specification

LG’s 55ML960V will dominate any room. The LED-backlit LCD screen is decent and produces a good picture, though black levels just aren’t "£2600 good". That’s not to say it’s bad either though: we’re very impressed with both 2D and 3D performance, but...

LG 55LM960V

As practical a 55in 3D premium TV as we've seen

Looks great; passive 3D is comfortable and you get four pairs of glasses; colourful, sharp pictures

Poor sound; quality of competitors

LG 55LM960V 55in Smart TV

Review The 55-inch LM960V is nothing if not formidable. LG has packed its new flagship LED with every digital doodah it can muster, and at £2,700, has priced it uncharacteristically high. This, the brand is clearly saying, is a telly to challenge the...

LG's 55in flagship features its own nano filter tech plus a whole lot more and a price to match.

LG 55LM960V LED-Backlit LCD TV

Great design. Brilliant picture in HD and 3D

Sound not outstanding but acceptable. We have added BOSE speakers which improve sound dramatically. Value for money ? Great TV but hugely expensive
