LG 32LH5000

By Alex Jennings (cnet.co.uk)

Bargain hunters may well wet their pants at the prospect of the 1080p, 32-inch 32LH5000 LCD TV, and with good cause. Its average black-level response prevents it from being an absolute classic, but it sports spectacular specs for its price and boasts ...

Great price for its specification ; loads of features and connections ; good control of motion blur ; very bright for a 32-inch screen

Black levels need work ; high-definition images could be sharper ; limited viewing angle ; occasionally muted colours during dark scenes

200Hz pics, cheap for what it is

Washed out colours, grey blacks

A fine HD Tv with 200Hz let down by basic lack of decent colours

Capable and assured picture. Good spec, including 200Hz. Stylish. Decent value for money

Perhaps could do better with black levels - but this is a minor quibble

Great TV but has some downsides to it. Firstly the 200hz is atrocious..even in low - lots of glitches and movement seemes speeded up in places!!. Have turned it off and is much better for it. They need to go back to the drawing board for the 200hz. Black...
