If you do the research you find that Phillps owns Magnavox and that most Magnavox are the same as there Phillps counter part but for some reason lucky for us the Magnavox are 10 to 15% less for the same TV all comes down to what you want on the bottom...

Good Tv for the price. From one of the old reliable brands. Sound quality is better than the others like Sharp,Vizio, etc. Picture is good,but could use some improving.
