My son bought this tv MLTD3222 from target Aug. of 09. It works for a while, then for no reaason at all we will get sound but no picture. I too have delt with very un responsive people at Memorex. They had me try and reset the tv, still does'nt work....

TV is great perfect picture: but don't think u can get codes to program other remotes, there are none. only the remote it comes with works. every once in a while the picture disappears. Change the input and you think its out ready for warranty repairs.
