Panasonic TC-P42C2 Review

In case you are not among the people to care about 3D capabilities, wireless options, and superior resolution, you may have just found the best plasma TV to suit your taste. Panasonic TC-P42C2 is great for people looking for a non-frills plasma TV that...

Decent blacks, Affordable price, Not so bad connectivity for the price

Unimpressive design, Subpar standard definition performance, Inferior 1080p/24 performance

Panasonic TC-P42C2 Review – 42-inch Plasma HDTV

This is an entry-level HDTV from Panasonic which has only the basic technology, and is available without the much talked about 3D and Viera Cast features. The salient features of this TV happen to be the 2,000,000:1 native contrast ratio, multiple...

The energy consumption of this TV is pretty low. It complies with the Energy Star 4.0 specifications which is quite stringent. Besides the NeoPDP panel also helps in providing optimum brightness while conserving energy. With all the basic features and...

Panasonic TC-P46C2 Review – 46-inch Plasma HDTV

Panasonic has been developing Plasma TVs with great confidence and this particular model happens to be one of the more basic ones lacking both the highlights of this year's HDTVs. Short of both 3D technology and Viera Cast, this TV will suffice for...

Although Panasonic has not included the Viera Cast feature, it has kept intact the Viera Image Viewer and the Viera Link technologies. With the Viera Image viewer, you can click as many pictures as you want on your camera and show them to your friends...

Panasonic TC-P50C2 Review – 50-inch Plasma HDTV

Panasonic has not given much emphasis to decreasing the depth of the Plasma TVs this year. The C2 series too is as thick as 3.5” which does not speak much in favor of the TV being mounted on the walls. But the Neo PDP panels have more than made up for...

Together with the 3D technology, Panasonic has also not included the Viera Cast feature with this series. So you are not able to have a glimpse of the Internet or stream content from it. However, the Viera Image Viewer and the Viera Link features are...

Picture perfect

This is a great tv especially for the price. If your wanting a 42" tv, you will NOT be disappointed with this.

Great picture, great sound, great price, you can stand anywhere & see the picture,(of course you can't stand behind it), easy set up

Not sure if this is the tv or just the lighting in my house. We have it mounted on the wall & it seems like any light on the screen will make it harder to see

Great TV, especially for the money.

I had been shopping and comparing televisions for about three months before I bought this one at the end of November. I'd already noticed for myself that I can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080 so that was a few hundred less right off the bat....

Great Color and Blacks. Image retention protection/screen wiper. Lightweight but very stable

C.C. on mute doesn't seem to work properly. (could be my HD receiver though) Slight glare

picture quality is outstanding; easy setup.

Never thought about owning a plasma after hearing about the problems of the earlier versions (heat, IR, energy usage). Those problems are in the past, and the picture quality is outstanding. With 600mz, there is no blurring. This Panasonic is my second...

Vibrant picture (once the setting is readjusted from standard to vivid). Picture quality is excellent from my over the air roof top broadcast signal (I live in S. Florida)

Once you have your favorite channels pre-programmed on the remote and press that icon, you are directed to a listing that you have to scroll down and then blindly press ok. Rather than taking you directly to the actual channel that you surf by sight

Great HD on the Cheap!

We have owned this TV for a couple of months now. Lots of research led me to the conclusion that a 720p set would be fine for our viewing habits. We bought this Panasonic because of its low price and positive reviews. It was easy to put the included...

The picture is wonderful on HD sources, and is very good on SD programs as well ; Richness of the colors, outstanding contrast ; Image smoothness and clarity made video games look outstanding ; Sound is actually very good ; Cheap Price, easy setup

2 HDMI inputs ; No internet at all

Who knew I'd love plasma...

I've heard everything bad about plasma, especially the burn-in problem. This tv has protection against that, and i promise you... if you put an lcd 1080p same size next to this you won't be able to tell the difference. I tried... and Had the...

Beautiful Picture, Burn-in protection, Input naming function(love it), best bang for the buck anywhere

If I had to nit pick, I'd say that the audio output is only digital... but whatever
