Fantastic picture & great value for money

 

I have had my ST50a for about 3 months now, and I am very impressed with the picture from this unit. I also have a Pioneer Kuro 8 series 50 inch, and the picture quality from the Kuro is excellent, but not as good as the new ST50. The smart TV...

Picture quality, price.

No faults, a Plex app would be a nice (almost must-have) addition to the Viera market.

Refurbished unit delivered with cracked screen - 3 weeks and still no Return Authorisation!

 

Purchased a Refurbished TH-P65ST60A 65" Plasma through Graysonline for kids Christmas pressy. When unboxed on Christmas morning it was dead due to crack in corner of screen. It's been 3 weeks and we still have no return authorisation for this unit....

Looked good until tried turning it on.

Crack in corner of screen. No picture. Only static for sound.
