Panasonic TX-L19D28 review

Available in white or purple, this 19-inch LED-backlit from Panasonic is a serious attempt at a high-end screen - and at this size that's rare indeed.

iPod playback, colour, blacks

Expensive, disappointing Freeview guide, poor audio

It’s expensive and will only appeal to owners of an iPod touch or iPhone, but this 19-inch LED-backlit LCD TV is perfect for those of us who demand top picture quality on TVs all over the house

Panasonic TX-L32D28BP review

Purple pro LED takes it to the edge

HD pictures ; Easy DLNA networking for music and photos ; Wide viewing angle ; Excellent design

SD pictures ; File compatibility issues ; Average speakers ; Confusing user interface

This well designed beauty produces an excellent picture performance that sees it over the hurdles of a clunky interface and fussy approach to digital media. But those are sideshows; the TX-L32D28BP may be expensive, but it's got a load more talent than...

Panasonic TX-L32D28BP television review

High-def pictures, DLNA networking, build quality, styling

Sticky user interface, Viera Cast lacks content, hit-and-miss multimedia playback, SD pictures

The high price is worth paying if you're after a particularly special-looking flatscreen TV, though there's a few rough edges to the TX-L32D28BP's user interface. And while picture quality is generally excellent, it's a TV that should be fed Blu-ray...

Panasonic Viera TX-L19D28BP

Want a purple-coloured television with an iPod dock? Well here's a 19in LED LCD TV that offers just that.

Panasonic Viera D28 (TX-L19D28) review

The Panasonic Viera TX-L19D28 produces impressively rich and detailed pictures by portable-TV standards and works well with iPods. It's quite pricey given the small amount of screen space on offer, though.

Good iPod-compatible features ; Impressive black levels by portable-TV standards ; Punchy colours

Navigating iPod menus can be a sluggish experience ; Not a 1080p panel

Certainly, £400 is a great deal to pay for a 19-inch TV, especially when Toshiba has decent 32-inch models, such as the Regza 32AV615DB, that cost less. But, if you want a smaller set and will make frequent use of the iPod features, then we think the...

Panasonic Viera TX-L32D28BP review

Good looking and packed with features including Freeview HD and Freesat. However, image quality isn't outstanding, and for this price, it should be.

Panasonic Viera D28 (TX-L32D28)

The 32-inch, 1080p TX-L32D28 LCD TV with LED edge lights isn't exactly cheap, but it's stuffed full of useful features. Its built-in Freeview HD and freesat HD tuners are particularly pleasing, and its picture quality with both standard- and...

Attractive styling ; good picture quality ; loads of features, including Freeview HD and freesat HD tuners

Too expensive

The Panasonic Viera TX-L32D28 is a pretty decent all-round TV. Its performance with both standard- and high-definition material is good, but not exceptional. We love the styling, and Panasonic has thrown in plenty of really useful features. The problem...

A Television with iPod Connectivity : Panasonic TX-l22D28BP

Having first seen an early example of this product at a Panasonic hosted event in Munich, early last year, it has taken until now for me to get my hands on a sample for reviewing. I have to say the wait was worth it.

The EPG feature provides you with a 7-day listing of current and forthcoming broadcasts. Using a tabbed interface you can view and select from the current day’s listing; implement a search for different categories of programs; or list channels by type....
