Panasonic Viera TX-L32G20

Does this 32in LCD TV include top picture quality alongside its Freeview and Freesat tuners?

Although its Freesat HD tuner might be enough in itself to lure in 32in TV buyers not currently served by the Freeview HD service, the L32G20 has to count as something of a disappointment given its Panasonic branding. Even at the discounted price we've...

Panasonic Viera G20 (TX-L32G20B) review

The Panasonic Viera TX-L32G20B is a tad expensive for a 32-inch TV, but we like its twin HD tuners, impressive picture quality and beefy audio.

Freeview HD and freesat HD tuners ; Vivid colours ; Great SD upscaling ; Superb audio quality

Pricey ; Blacks aren't as deep as they could be

ThePanasonic Viera TX-L32G20B is a fine set that delivers rich, natural colours and hasthe benefit of twin HD tuners. Even so, we think its current price of £650 istoo steep. It's a high price to pay for a 32-inch TV when you can get a 42-inch setwith...

Panasonic Viera TX-L37G20

There's little to really dislike about this 37in LCD TV, but it does face stiff competition from its own camp.

There's nothing to really dislike about the TX-L37G20B on a basic TV level. It delivers nice pictures and solid sound alongside plenty of handy features - including those lovely twin Freesat and Freeview HD tuners.

Panasonic Viera TX-L32G20B review

Compared to Panasonic's 32in LED TV, the TX-L32D28BP, the plainer TX-L32G20B is comparatively inexpensive. However, £780 is still a heck of a lot of cash for a 32in LCD TV.

If it were considerably cheaper this would be a great TV, but as it is, the G20 is overpriced for a 32in TV.

Panasonic Viera G20 (TX-L37G20B) review

The Panasonic Viera TX-L37G20B would be suitable as a bedroom TV or for people who watch mainly standard-definition material. But we can't recommend it to people who watch plenty of Blu-ray movies, and want the highest-possible picture quality. We also...

Easy to use ; Does a good job with standard-definition material ; Decent sound quality

Too expensive ; High-definition performance is somewhat lacking

The TX-L37G20B's standard-definition performance is better, but this TV is just too expensive for our liking. To spend £950 on a 37-inch LCD TV that, in our opinion, under-performs compared to the company's similarly priced, 42-inch plasma models is...

Breaks down repeatedly

Be very cautious about purchasing any of these Televisions as i have had repeated problems with it switching itself on and off during a programme. Repairs were undertaken during warranty, which subsequently failed, and Panasonic would not admit any...

Excellent looking TV and extremely easy to set up. Picture quality very good. Only one minor grumble, sound quality could be better.

Disappointing

I bought it back in Xmas 2010, so i had it over a year now and panasonic let me down. Never again will buy from them. The TV quality is ok, good to have freesat and freeview (that was one of the reason i bought this one), easy to setup and all that...

The built-in recorder makes this a great TV

I have this TV and a Samsung UE40C6530. I can't fault the picture quality or sound whether watching Freeview (HD obviously better than standard) or discs. What I particularly like is the ability to hook up an external HDD which enables pausing live TV...
