Panasonic TX-P55VT65

Awesome cinematic pictures keep the plasma flag flying

Stunning picture quality ; Excellent interface ; Exceptional set up flexibility

Noticeable fan noise ; Viera Connect lacks a few key video streaming services ; 3D images lack brightness

Aside from these points the Panasonic P55VT65 can be as easy or as hard to set up as you like, depending on whether you’re happy to stick with the well-conceived THX presets for dark-room movie viewing and a slightly subdued take on the Standard mode...

Panasonic TX-P55VT65B review

Many brands have binned plasma technology as too expensive and tricky to build, but Panasonic is made of sterner stuff. Its VT65 range of TVs makes the case for plasma so loudly the company may as well be yelling into a PA system - and this 55-inch...

hugely brilliant picture quality, accomplished smart TV, great control app, especially on Android

touch-pen only encourages the clumsy, can’t pretend it’s not expensive, um… did we mention the touch-pen

Panasonic TX-P55VT65B review

Best 55in+ TV, Awards 2013. Panasonic's latest plasma is a simply stunning screen, engaging to watch and comfortable to use

Remarkably clear and subtly detailed picture ; Silky smooth motion ; Insightful and immersive ; New control and smart features are intuitive and easy to use ; Sound is punchy and rounded

Built-in camera doesn’t share the premium feel of the rest of the screen

Best 55in+ TV, Awards 2013. A simply stunning screen that’s engaging to watch and comfortable to use – this is a great TV

Panasonic TX-P55VT65B Plasma Smart TV Review

The Panasonic TX-P55VT65B is an utterly outstanding plasma television, which we have essentially no qualms about awarding a “Reference Level” rating to. The fact that this level of picture quality can be made this affordable, rather than being reserved...
