I bought the tv 11/2005, It's now 6/2009 and i'm starting to have an issue. I've always had the black screen but it was only 5-10 seconds...once in a blue moon. What ever. The sound was ok, nothing special. NOW, i'm starting to get purple-ish blotching...

Great HD pic with Verizon Fios

I have had this TV for a year with little problems other than the screen going black for a few minutes. Was fairly happy with it. Two days ago this horrible blue and black line appears down the middle of it. Thankfully I purchased the 4 year warranty...

worst purchase ever

Purchased at SAMs because their demo had great picture & sound. First one had vertical lines. Exchanged it. Second one turned off after two minutes. Returned it for a refund. No more Philips!!
