The item I received has rotary volume controls, not the buttons as pictured. I question the design - This is rack mountable, but why? What rack would you use since you have to stand two microphone up on the top to recharge them? And the microphones...

Excellent product....range is unbelievable !! I hooked up the base in my garage to test, then walked approx. 300 ft away and still was crystal clear, even walked a few yards from my neighbor using a weed wacker and it didnt pick up the noise. Highly...
