Functionality is fine, but ...

 

As a refurb, I expected some cosmetic defects. The unit I received has significant rub marks all around the front bezel along with a couple of loose plastic pieces (where did they come from?) inside the plastic packing bag. Remote control looks brand-new.

Not sure about the reliability as others have posted, and it did not come with any instructions but it was easy to download and find at the company's web site. The picture looks great at 6 feet away but if you are lower than the set the viewing angle...

Picture is bright & sharp. Has features found in high end sets. Remote is large and has a good amount of controls

Viewing angle is bad that was why it lost 1 egg. The setup for scanning tv channels requires you to be in tv mode, I had to find a channel before i could get it to auto scan

Item was not shipped properly. Tv was part way out of protective packaging this may in part have caused the tv to be defective. I only bought this brand due to having a 22" monitor from them purchased many years ago that has done a great job.
