Despite the deep blacks, the E6500 isn't able to get as bright as other TVs and so contrast suffers ever so slightly. The TV is merciless with noisy sources and presents them as is.

"AWESOME Plasma TV!"

Bought this tv as a replacement to my Toshiba 50" DLP television. When the television was delivered to my house it took me literally 5 minutes to put together the stand, hook up the HDMI cables and turn it on.

Picture quality is excellent

Crisp clear picture (using same settings CNET used while testing)

Not many, if I had one gripe, it would be regular non-HD channels pixilate. The picture is suprisingly bad in non-HD, but you buy a TV like this for its HD capabilities, and they are amazing.
