Samsung HP

Whether you are in a dark room or in broad daylight, the picture remains amazingly crisp and vibrant, thanks to Samsung's FilterBright anti reflection technology. Even in moonlit scenes, the HP-T4254's 15,000:1 contrast ratio and 18-bit technology let...

1080i Not gonna happen

Go to sammy site (use model number) and look at FAQ and you will see that 1080i is down converted. Althought the screen will show "1080i" it's not. Next model up will convert up but this model display 720p only

Great picture, lot of imput, pc connection. Picture looks best at 8' feet away

limited resolution for pc imput. No 1080i display

Helping others Live & Learn..

There is plenty of evidence, and user comments, that show how just how happy the vast majority of people are with this set! Regarding Graflo's comments: Burn-in means the set has an image that will not go away. New plasmas almost never get to that...

Outstanding picture for the price! HD picture right up there with the best! We find SD picture just fine, but the high definition shows are incredibly sharp! Very rich colors and deep blacks. Sharpness and clarity are so good there is little reason to...

As others have mentioned, the sound is not the best, but WHY would you have a TV as good as this one and not have it hooked up to a stereo/home theatre system? Quality Dolby sound adds so much.. Yes, you do have to be careful about leaving the set...

I named him Sam

Overall I like this TV very much already, what a beautiful quality of image, but not analog cable. My first movie for some reason was "Over the glory or something" about two guys skeeing, what a movie to be played on this tv for the first time:(

When I walked into one loceal store (newegg didn't let me post the name:)i noticed this tv rightaway or actually my wife pointed it out, it was glowing with all the colors briliantly. I bugged the young employee there for a half an hour probably asking...

Allitle dissapointed that burn in can be a problem with Plasmas, I didn't do much research before hand. That it also used about 20-30 percent more energy, but this tv has a feaute on energy saving, have to try it yet

Live And Learn

Bottom line... I guess this is all standard for Plasma and I'm a dope for rushing into this. I wanted a big TV for the Superbowl and I didn't do enough research. I wish I had spent the extra money on a LCD. I have talked with my friends who say I...

This is my first non CRT TV and the HD is incredible through my satelite. The case is sleek and there are plenty of input options

I read the other reviews before buying and I feel like I was duped... The screen DOES burn in... The tv comes with a couple of programs that you have to run for at least an hour to "wash" out the burnt in images. Now I read the instructions and...

Great HD Picture!

I am very happy with the TV, I did a fair amount of research before deciding on which plasma to buy. Samsung does tend to get pretty high marks from owners so that why I went with this set. Delivery was an issue though, in my area AIT uses FedEx for...

Picture, good # of HDMI inputs, very good value at this price point

Like many have said the sound quality isn't the best, surround sound system hasn't arrived yet when it does that will help. Reflection or glare off the screen could be an issue if you have it in a bright room
