Do not waste your money.

I have owned this TV for less than 2 years, and it has completely stopped working. TWICE. The first time it died, we had to pay over $400 to have it repaired. That was about 6 months ago. The TV has once again stopped operating. The unit has never ...

Attractive design, small "footprint."

Defective. Expensive to repair. Poor customer service.

Balanced Performance vs Price

A 'value HDTV.' Clean picture, accepts 1080i/720p with HDMI. 4:3 for SDTV with HDTV performance

4:3 so 16:9 content with black bars. Picture needs tweaking out of the box.

Balanced Performance vs Price

I've owned this TV for a month now and I'm pleased with my purchase. For my first HDTV purchase I had two requirements in mind: 1) Under $1000 2) Able to transport it cross country when I move in 6 months 3) Able to fit it into my entertainment center ...

Great set at an excellent price.

It was time to buy a new TV, but the new one had to be HDTV compatible. So, after looking around stores at LCD and plasma models and asking for demos in both HDTV and NTSC, I decided that a CRT set would give the best picture when operating in both ...

Excellent picture on both NTSC and HDTV.

Confusing selecting video inputs. Unused ones cannot be disabled.

Very good TV once I figured some things out...

I can't add much to the two reviews that are already here, but I want to add one additional fact in regards to gaming. As a test for this TV I ran "James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing" for XBOX through component connectors, and once I got to the main...

Very nice video, tons of inputs, ease of connection to various devices.

Trouble connecting to my PC through DV-I, could only get Component to work.

Accept these issues or buy another set

I chose this Samsung after months of store visits and web investigations. I settled on 4:3 over going 16:9 for the simple reason that I watch more cable TV than I do DVD and most of cable is still 4:3 and will be for some time to come, IMHO. While I ...

Great value in a HD 4:3 set for medium size room

Audio to video sync. Other issues correctable or liveable
