Good TV.

I bought this TV from Best Buy two weeks ago and right from out of the box it had a large purple spot in the lower right hand corner.

High Image Quality, excellent remote, digital reception is top notch.

Sometimes distorts sound, not enough inputs.

Great 27

I got this set to replace another older 27" curved screen set I have.

Fantastic picture and pretty good sound. Better remote than you get with the average tv. Good warranty

Blank screen wnen changing channels is a little annoying.

Excellent SDTV

Hook this up to any surround sound system and use s-video.

Probably the best 27" TV for under $400. Picture quality rivals HDTV when using S-Video. Crisp and clear. Nice design. An outstanding bargain. Great features.

Remote is difficult to use. Sound is not remarkable.

Excellent TV Despite Not Resembling Product Shown

This model is a good cost compromise between SDTVs with conventional curved screen tubes and more expensive HDTV flat-panel displays.

Digital receiver provides clear broadcast pictures. Cabinet design is modern, attractive. Remote control is well laid out, has good balance. User manual is well-written, easy to understand.

Long-term use of 16:9 picture ratio feature can cause screen "burn-in." Speakers don't match quality of picture display.

Nice set

We wanted a set that could get over the air digital, but didn't want to pay 2K for a set.

On the air digital broadcast reception. Not HDTV, but crystal clear, at 2X resolution, with a wire stuck in the back. Switchable screen format

Audio is tinny. I don't use it anyway, but it was on when I turned on the set. I haven't found a way to mute it yet, but there must be one. I keep it all the way down, works fine.
