Samsung's cheapest Smart and 3D-capable TV doesn't quite fire on all cylinders.

It gives you access to ITV I-Player but it cannot play any of the programs selected, because it has not been upgraded to receive the ITV I-Player programs. Samsung keep telling me for the past 6 months that it will be upgraded soon. How long must I wait.

Every time I read a review of Samsung LED TVs I get confused by the praise. Isn't picture quality the most important thing about a TV? So how can an LED TV get such big marks when it will look rubbish next to any Panasonic plasma? Advertising spending?
