This is our first lcd/led tv so we did a lot of research before buying it. We already knew it was a 120hz not 240 but for the price you couldn't go wrong. Out of the box the picture was excellent, the only change we made was switching to movie mode....

Bought this tv on black friday in 2011 and loved it until just before thanksgiving in 2012 when it made a loud pop noise and went dead. I was relieved that I bought a 4 year warranty and was expecting to have it fixed or replaced within a few days....
