Not recommended as a monitor

Got it pretty cheap. No dead/stuck/otherwise broken pixels. Looks fine with my PS3. Highest quality speakers I've heard in a monitor/TV anywhere near this size

Goes bat crazy when you try to feed it a DVI over HDMI signal. Can't get a decent picture, terrible overscans and it can't even find its own native resolution. VGA is a bit better but the auto adjust sets it too wide and there's no "phase" setting that...

Good Multi function monitor/TV

I don't think it excels at being either an HDTV or a PC monitor, but it does both more than antiquity.as for the remote. . . I just use my universal remote instead of stock (it uses Sony codes). and if you are worried about the speakers, just get a 5.1...

good inexpensive hdtv

gonna buy one for my cousin going off to college.

Really good price and I hooked up my HD box and up conversion dvd player, they all worked well for me. I liked the color and on a 19" it looked really sharp vs my 32" with the same resolution

can't think of any as of this moment, but the remote works fine for me

It a good t.v. but the only bad part about it is that it didn't come with a remote control. It is only the t.v. itself. So that means you must buy a remote seperate.
