Sharp LC-37D43U

Its candy-coated case only hides the off-flavor center until you hit the power button. Sharp's 37-incher failed to re interlace some HD sources correctly in

Virtual surround sound great for minimalist bedroom installations

We expect more for this kind of scratch. Spendy features like a low-glare screen are wasted when you have to boost brightness to get a decent picture

Sharp LC 46D43U

The Sharp LC-46D43U features a generous 46-inch LCD screen. The cabinet is mostly black with grey accents near the bottom. The speakers are kept under the screen keeping the cabinet thin enough to fit into smaller entertainment centers. The Sharp...

The Sharp LC-46D43U is a great value for those looking for a large TV without the 1080p price tag

very good

I seen a person or two complain about the input names, you can change those to whatever you want I just left mine to a standard INPUT1 INPUT2 etc. etc. Plus why are people talking about and then putting a bad review for this tv when they bought a...

I have to start off by saying this is probably the best LCD for its price range. The overall black levels on this tv astouned me, when I compare it to my sony XBR4 its barely better in this aspect. Another good aspect is how wide the control is on the...

Standard def. looks kinda bad but I wasn't expect much better. There isn't enough picture adjustments compared to other tvs of around the same price

Awesome TV for the price

I wanted a HDTV that would handle a computer signal well, and got more than I had hoped for. I would have liked Picture-in-Picture, and a few other features, but altogether I am quite happy with the set.

Works beautifully as a PC monitor at 1360x768 hooked in to VGA. Easy to read text and play games, unlike several other TVs I've used with PC inputs. TV is very bright, and has a great picture

Has a serious banding issue when using component cables. I know my cables are good, because I've used them on a different set. The problem went away when I switched to HDMI. Also, the dynamic OPC setting (backlight brightness control) is pretty...

Fantastic Product

I'm a full-time college student, and I cannot recommend this product enough for any other students looking for a great TV to watch movies or game on. You can watch TV on it too, I guess, but my college doesn't have HD cable so if that's all you want it...

Lots of high-def inputs. Sound quality remains good when set to whisper-quiet or deafening. Very little AV-lag for games like GH3 and Rock Band if you're playing on a 360 or PS3 in high-def. Bioshock looked so good I almost crapped myself. I've now...

As with any HDTV, has significant audio-visual lag when using a non-HD input signal (Guitar Hero 2 for my PS2 had to be calibrated at 100+ ms of lag). Still, that's to be expected on any liquid crystal HDTV
