This enables the LC-20S1U-S to fit into many places throughout the home, all without sacrificing any features! The LC-20S1U-S utilizes Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View/Black TFT Panel, which provides levels of high brightness (430 cd/m2), a 500: 1 contrast ratio, and wide viewing angles. Additionally, the LC-20S1U-S is an EDTV Monitor, which means it is compatible with 480p signals from progressive DVD players.The LC-20S1U-S includes an easel-style table stand that allows the TV to occupy an amazingly small footprint. In addition, the stand is easily removed for wall mounting applications. These models use the VESA 100mm standard mounting pattern and are compatible with a wide range of brackets including Sharp's AN-PSMARM.
