Value priced LCD TV wide angle, DVD thrown in for free

For the price it's a best buy. Brand new and less than $300. It's going in a spare bedroom , Replaced an old SONY 12" CRT. The old SONY still had the same color quality as when we bought it 15 years ago.

Wide screen, much preferred over the 4:3. DVD combo ortion included. HDMI, sleek style

Picture quality color tones, lacks color depth. Although it is HDTV I can not pick up any HD channels in my area although many available. I do not have this TV hooked up to my HD box . May be an issue but I don't think so

Died exactly 2 years after purchase with below avg use

Surprisingly good.

When I was younger Sharp was known as a "discount" brand, so I was a little reluctant to buy this. But wow - I got a surprise, sharp picture and good sound. Maintain colors and light from almost all viewing angles. Unbeatable.
