Sharp LC-32GP1U

Despite plenty of features and mostly good picture quality, the Sharp LC-32GP1U's high price makes it difficult to recommend over similarly sized LCDs.

The Sharp LC-32GP1U HDTV resolves every detail of 1080i and 1080p sources; delivers relatively deep black levels; slick design; excellent connectivity with one DVI and three HDMI inputs

Expensive; benefits of 1080p resolution not apparent at this screen size; inaccurate color temperature

Sharp Aquos LC-32GP1U

Rule #1 for sizing up gadgets? Don't believe the hype. Sharp tried to convince us that its Aquos LC-32GP1U was the greatest thing to happen to gaming since the

Compact and intuitively designed. Light enough to throw…trust us. Offers a veritable input orgy (3 HDMI, 2 component, DVI, composite, and S-video). Console gaming blazes with virtually no hiccups at 6ms response time. 10,000:1 contrast ratio produced...

At this price, why not invest in a larger 1080p TV? Base requires assembly out of box. Lacks quick options for dialing color temperature. Missing PiP nixes multi-task viewing. 10W speakers aren't waking any neighbors

Sharp Aquos LC 32GP1U

Sharp Aquos LC 32GP1U The Sharp Aquos LC 32GP1U 32 inch LCD TV is another solid performer from a company that's known for making high quality LCD TVs. While it may not be the largest LCD TV on the market, it still has plenty of impressive specs to...

With invaluable guidance from CNET and the SharpUsa site and a little time reading, this HDTV proved to be the perfect solution for our family's requirements. The HDMI connections made everything a breeze to hook up (especially the significant...

Brilliant display and great sound, ease of connections, availability and quick, polite delivery from Amazon at a great price, the glare reduction screen reduced a difficult lighting problem to nil

I am a Best Buy employee and was able to get this tv for $900 through the Sharp employee accomodation program. It is definately hott. It doesn't really stand out that much from other 1080p's this size, but there really aren't that many 32 - 37" 1080p...

6ms response time, sexy black cabinet

Rather expensive, doesn't really stand out versus other 1080p tv's this size

Nine Months Later..Still Wonderful

Works great as a computer monitor, the wife plays WoW on it quite a lot. Good picture with analog TV signal. Just get this one, you won''t be disappointed.

I have had this TV for 9 months now and I still love it. No problems at all, no regrets. If I needed to replace it, I would buy the same model again

Broke my "flat-panel" cherry

There are two inputs for the "vyper drive" - Input 1 (component or A/V cables only) and Input 4 (HDMI only). Just be aware not all inputs allow the Vyper drive to be active and note the "available" connections. That was a little bit of a downer for me....

Is my first wide-screen, panel, LCD TV. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I game alot with my PC and I've been putting L4D and TF2 on it; quite a bit of fun to be had there. DVDs look sharp with HDMI. There's a DVI connection for your PC but make sure...

I got a bad one. I received it on a Wednesday afternoon ~16:30. I waited for it to warm up and connected everything and turned it on at 20:30 all excited...and there was no picture. Sound I had. No picture. I called Sharp first thing Thursday AM and...

Awesome HDTV

I bought this set for $1k and I am very satisfied. For the price i paid, this is a great TV.

The picture is superb, the tv will connect to nearly anything so long as you have the right cable. the picture on my Xbox looks absolutely stunning. 3 HDMI, DVI etc etc. Virtually no lag while gaming

There are a bunch of little things that I've noticed but hardly are hardly bothersome. The backlighting is a bit dim. Also, the OPC feature (auto-dim based on the picture) gets annoying but it can be turned off easily. There is no clock, nor PIP. The...
