internet access poor - selected sites only, not even ITV player ; setup instructions could be more clear- got stuck and had to switch off and restart

Has all the features we required

Not as easy as we had hoped to access i-player lots of flicking through one step to the next to get there. Down load in our area is still a problem which exacerbates the situation

While the ability to access BBC i Player is a real bonus Why oh Why can we not also access the ITV equivelant ??. It's freely available on the computer
