Purchased as a refurbished unit so unit did not have all the correct packaging or batteries for the remote controller, but arrived OK. Set-up was very easy and quick and all the channels were in the correct order. According to my wife and ,I must agree...

I trust the Sony name for quality reliability and being up to date with technology

I think its best in Smart picture mode but its not perfect- a bit of a compromise
