Last of it's kind - Why SONY?

Not Satisfied

 

I've had this unit for a little over 4 months now. The set arrived with some noticeable picture quality issues. After several frustrating calls to Sony customer service, a non-certified but hastily approved yet qualified service technician paid a ...

With relatively clean and unscratched screen parts this would be a decent unit.

Terrible quality control and ultimately frustrating customer service.

Overall champion of the RP HDTV class

 

After much (and I mean muuuuuuch) research, test viewing, angst, and consideration, I retired my 51" Sony HDTV from 2002 and replaced it with the KDS-60A3000. I can't say enough good things about the set and anyone who has a burning desire to get into ...

Excellent picture with any material, light and shallow, easy to use.

Not much in the way of sound.

No set has more pixels than this set. That means nobody has more resolution. Next try to buy a 60 inch set with 1080 p and you will likely spend 200%. At 90 pounds it is half the weight and half the thickness of previous projection sets so it does not ...
