I got one of these 55" tv and it worked great right out of the box,and if you do your homework you would see that samsung does there tv's to and they are number 5 as far as best seller .I like my tv it has option that some of the brand names don't have...

We ordered this tv and it has a bad screen. Trying to get TCL to fix it or amazon to replace it right now has been a real pain.

My low review is for the faulty unit I got. I feel it's justified since TCL should really test these things out before shipping them. If anyone else out there bought this, I really hope you received a better unit than I did. After the delivery service...
