Poor Quality

We initially bought this TV for the bedroom and thought it was good value for money. We have had it for almost 17 months and the DVD player has stopped working and it fails to read any DVDs. Occasionally the station tuning is lost when all or some...

The worst Television I have ever bought

This TV has the worst sound I have ever heard. Sounds like you are on the end of a speaker phone. Can't adjust the volume. As far as I'm concerned it was a complete waste of money. TEAC should be ashamed of themselves for putting out this TV. At least...

Do Not purchase for your caravan

We purchased this Teac tv for our caravan. We have previously been happy with TEAC. This model has a very tinny cheap sound which is very unpleasant on the ears, the volume is atrocious. There is no volume increase between 50 and 100. We sit less than...

Slim, good looking, lightweight. Great picture.

Tinny sound , Not enough volume, No AV output for speakers.

Looks are deceiving

Agree with all above posts. TV is RUBBISH! - Tinny sound(sounds like background sound you'd hear if a tv was in another room. - Even in a quiet room, sound needs to be at 100 (max. The actual scale 1-100 varies little). - Out of the box, won't play any...

Looks good and is slim/light

Absolute rubbish,, do not touch it. You will throw your money away.

We purchased a Teac LEDV2282FHD Combo in May 2011 to use in our caravan. The sound was hopeless, tinny and little volume. We have had a new main board in the unit, it made no difference. We were told that there is nothing else they can do. Teac dont...

It looks ok from the outside..that's where it stops.

It is Rubbish, the volume is tinny and you cannot hear it even on full volume. Bad (or should I say no )warranty service

Overall a dud

Tv was only 6 weeks old when the main board burnt out will not replace, will repair with refurbished parts. Overall was not happy with the sound had to turn up to almost max to hear. Would not recommend a purchase of this tv from this company.

Nothing now

Considering the TV was only six weeks old when the main board burnt out should have been replaced

Picture is ok but sound is extremely tinny & poor

I am very disappointed with the sound coming from this set . It is worse than that of a cheap, small radio. Unfortunately I didnt read the blogs before I bought. Teac techs (AWA) failed to offer a solution.

picture OK - combined DVD

Sound is poor

TEAC LEDV2282FHD 21.6inch DVD Combo Full HD LED TV

Packed it back in box and returned it to JB Hi Fi in Frankston. They were great.Offered a complete refund or exchane for another TV. Did the exchange for another brand with 2x8w speakers. So far so good.

Great features and a great looking picture. Nice design with a glass base. Easy to set up and had no problem with the auto search for DVT channels in my area

Sounded terriable. So disappointed with the horriable tiny sound it made. No adjusting of the treable or bass settings made any difference. Along with the terriable sound was also the lack of volume control. Was totaly lackin.Only has 2x3w speakers
