TOSHIBA 23HLV87 23" Black 720p LCD HDTV With Built-In DVD Player

 

Unless you already subscribe to hi def tv or have a bluray player, this tv is decent for normal viewing. If you're a videophile, then look elsewhere.

somewhat cheap price for a combo lcd hidef/dvd player ; space saving, especially if space is an issue ; great picture quality (if you view hi def videos)

at first sight, the picture quality wasn't that great and thought the tv was broken, but it was the tv signal

Just be sure when looking for a television to not pay attention to too many gimmicks such as extra features. To me there are two most important features: Sound and Clear Quality Screen. This is a great Television for my bedroom. I have a decent sized ...

I bought the TOSHIBA 19" 19HLV87 for my office, I looks very nice. The picture is sharp and sound is good for front mounted speakers, although some (maybe many people) will not be that pleased with the sound. It can be connected to computer via VGA ...

Looks nice, lots of ways to connect to other components including a computer

DVD player is terrible, sound is not that great for such an expensive television
