DVD Player did not work

 

I sent in the bad unit and Newegg is in the process of sending a replacement. I will hopefully be modifying my review once the new unit comes in. I am using the DVD/TV player in a bedroom.

The picture was great on the TV and I loved the concept of having a built-in DVD player...a great space saver, however

The DVD player did not work properly from the day we got the TV. We tried multiple DVDs (new, old). The DVD player would click loudly and then freeze up. Often, it was difficult to get the DVD back out of the player
