I had read the reviews on this set so I was aware of the sound problem which is likely why this set was being sold for $180. Other LED 1080p sets sell for considerably more. The picture is great and adding a sound system cures the sound problem.

In general, the refurbished TV was a good deal...but I wish the screen had been replaced on the TV I received. Apparently, the original owner had cleaned the screen with an abrasive cloth and left scratch marks all over the screen. The scratches are...

I can't hear it on the highest setting and it's slow when reacting to station changes.

I have no complaint on the picture or function of controls, or setup. I was badly disgusted with the sound level, and quality of the sound. Many people say that's part of a thin TV, but I have found many sets that produce very good, and much louder...

Exactly as advertised. While it is a refurb, it is working perfectly. Great price for a great TV. Absolutely no complaints.

Not a good value since I had to purchase a sound bar just to HEAR IT. The volume, all the way up, sounds like a regular TV's medium to low range.

The few times that we have used them, they have preformed very well. We use them to play Wii, and hope to form a league this winter.
