DO NOT PURCHASE

broke down in few months, got the worst customer service experience from toshiba. I was being juggled between reps, laughing and mocking and joking around among themselves, transferring me among themselves, DID NOT help me at all, refused to let me talk to a manager or a supervisor, claiming they don't have one! I'm so frustrated. I just want to spread the word: PLEASE save yourself the headache, and DO NOT PURCHASE a toshiba.

Toshiba Regza 42XV635DB review

Toshiba Regza 37XV635DB 37in LCD TV

How does Toshiba's 37in Regza 37XV635 LCD TV compare with its cheaper sibling, the 37AV635? John finds out.

On balance, I would argue that the 37XV635 does improve on the 37AV635 sufficiently to justify you spending more to get it. However, hopes that the improvements might be strong enough to make the 37XV635 a budget classic aren't quite realised.
