Great tv/monitor for the price.

The remote takes a little getting used to.Channels change rapidly . Picture quality is good.Bought the set from Amazon and got a great price and delivery was fast and free.

Picture quality is good.Tv weighs 15 pounds without the stand making mounting very easy

The 200mm mesa mount limited wire space behind the set but still worked out

Great for a photo frame

I paired this with a Foxconn AMD book size system mounted to the VESA mounts to function as a digital WIFI picture frame. I added a web cam, Picasa screen saver, Skype and teamviewer and I have complete remote access to manage photos and video chats...

The perfect size for a large digital photo frame. Hdmi input that can be locked. VESA mount

ViewSonic VT1601LED

Based on a great price this was a no-brainer to replace a clunky old 12" table-top. It arrived quickly and was simple to set up. I was concerned about the sound volume and clarity but it fills my home-office quite well and is easy to understand. Good...

Easily switchable between PC and TV input via the remote (although I haven't tried this yet). Good directions, including remote codes for major cable/satellite services

Good TV

It's a solid TV for the price range. If my budget was in the 800-1000 range I would have bought something different, but for a 42" LED LCD @ 500.. It's great!

Good picture ; Cheap (at current price of 500) ; No dead pixels ; Pretty

Bad sound (but who uses stock sound anyway) ; Not very many inputs/outputs

ViewSonic VT4210LED

Nice picture ; Audio seems good ; Reasonable enough settings and config

From the warranty at the back of the manual (this is why I gave it one star ; 1 year warranty for all parts excluding the light source...it does appear to be covered for labor ; So the only part that is likely to fail is not covered by ANY warranty

A good bedroom TV

I also own a few ViewSonic monitors (who doesn't?) and none of them have let me down or disappointed me. TV line may not be the absolute best you can get but they certainly aren't bad. I'm proud to say I own it.

As the review title states, and what other reviewers have said before me: it's a perfect TV for a bedroom or the like. Bright, LED, two HDMI ports, slim, nice finish, wonderful picture; you can't lose ; I like the Input Selector of all things, can...

It's a good secondary TV to have. I'd even be fine with it being my living room TV honestly, but nowadays there are a lot more gimmicks you'd want than what this TV can offer

A good product for the price

Overall, the TV picture quality is good. The picture quality presets do a very good job of optimizing the display for movies, computer etc.

Good Value

Bought it during black friday. Box was damaged but no damage to the unit. No dead pixels out of the box. Bluray movies look amazing. MW2 look awesome. HD tv channels look great. Speakers are decent. It's a decent upgrade from a 27' LCD.

fast responsive remote

no DVI support ; VGA does not support native resolution ; noisy ; poor driver support from ViewSonic ; menu GUI looks outdated
